It's not too late to help plan the Fest! Planning volunteers help with hospitality, Opening Night, theater fix-up, publicity, and much more! Come to a meeting to find out what we have planned and how you can help us pull off the 24th annual Olympia Film Festival!

10/20/2007 2:00:00 PM     1st Volunteer Orientation!

Come to sign-up for volunteer shifts during the Festival. Learn about and train for the different volunteer tasks we need to fill throughout the Festival. Sign-up for shifts taking tickets, selling concessions, decorating, cleaning, etc. Earn passes for your volunteer hours! This meeting is held inside the main theater.

Couldn't make it to the first one? This is your second chance to sign-up for Festival volunteer sifts! It is only necessary to attend one Volunteer Orientation. This meeting is held inside the main theater.

All meetings will be held at the OFS office 416 Washington St. #208 (around the corner from the theater, upstairs) Delicious refreshments provided. 360-754-6670

The festival would love:

• YOU to get involved. We need folks to help with programming (choose the movies, invite guests), planning (opening night, hospitality, etc), marketing, special events, and general brainstorming. Please come to the meetings. Have a specific skill? Want to help with electrical/plumbing/carpentry/etc projects? Give us a call.
